Shop Policy

This shop don't sale to under 21yrs old. Minors cannot make purchases unless they have appropriate permission and are under the direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian who owns the account. We do not accept for the moment "Refunds or Returns", read the returns and refunds. If there's any problem with your purchase, please contact us. You have 3 days from the day you received the package to be make any claims, but this does not mean that you will receive a refund. contacted me, it is for me to help you with your order. All my products are handmade therefore they will not be completely exact to the photo. That's why I let all buyers know this before they order. Also the colors may vary due to computer screen, keep this in mind.

Custom and personalized orders

Please read the shop Policy and the FAQ's before making any payment. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds in any way. Orders made cannot be canceled or returned. In order to buy a custom order you have to agree with my shop Policy by doing so you accept all the conditions. This shop don't sale to under 21yrs old. Shipping Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS due to this. Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We cannot be held responsible for any lost package, mistakes and delays made by the "Post Office". Once I leave packages at the post office, I am no longer in control. Buyers are at their own risk once item is shipped. You will contact directly the Post Office for any problems with your package, Included, lost packages, wrong address, wrong delivery, damage package. *Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur duty fees.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Sorry, we do not offer Refunds or Returns. We let all buyers know that they read our POLICY before making any payment. No returns or refunds for: wearable like HAIR ACCESSORIES AND TAILS (Reason Hygiene), Lost packages, Packages returned for not having the correct address, Packages returned because you missed the delivery time, Packages returned because buyers changed their mind or for others reasons. Buyer must pay for the package to be sent back. They have up to 5 days to make the claim and pay for the shipment.

Cont. Returns and Refunds Policy

If the seller accepts a return and refund, the returned package must be sent no more than three days. The buyer must pack and protect the item well and send it in good condition. Once the seller receives the package, it will be checked to see if it arrived in good condition, otherwise some refund will be deducted for loss of value. If the package was accepted by the seller, the buyer will receive a "partial refund", since the shipping cost will not be refunded. Shipping are NOT REFUNDABLE, including the return shipping label.

Packages Deliveries and Claims

Contact me first if your package was not delivered. Claim packages:
Every Package that is claimed shows it was delivered but the buyer says it was not they will be investigated by USPS. They will confirm delivered according to GPS, to see if it was delivered to your address. I will contact the manager of your local post office to report this and they will do the corresponding investigation. If it was not delivered to your address, it will be investigated and reported to the Police for theft and for this buyer will have to provide all detailed information about the theft to the Police. Shipped with "USPS" in the US it is a federal crime. The buyer can also see if the package was left with one of the neighbors while the investigation is done.

Packages - No delivered - investigations.

Is it illegal to pretend you did not receive a package just to get a refund?
"YES", It is called "Fraud" and if that package came through the US Postal service, that makes it Mail fraud. It’s illegal and is considered fraud. You may be charged with a criminal offense.
They may pursue criminal charges against the receiver. That would result in penalties, possible jail time, plus a criminal record.
If you apply for a refund for a product you received, stating that you did NOT receive it, that’s a “false pretense.”
The manager of your local post office will be notified and this case will be reported to The United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) investigates: Mail Theft.

Changes of Addresses

The seller is not responsible for the information that buyers provide or for their payments. If the address given by the buyer is incorrect, your order will be automatically canceled since the seller cannot make address changes. If the buyer has a wrong address, the buyers need to change the correct address in their account. If the buyer wishes to send a package to another address than the one on file, buyers have to add that address to their account and select it when making their purchase. If when you go to make the purchase you do not select the correct address where you want the package to be sent, the system will automatically select the default address, so make sure before making the payment that you selected the correct address.

How to move the ears.

HOW TO MOVE THE EARS:

To move the ears, what you have to do is with your fingers pinch the wire on one of the corner of the ear and carefully move that corner, repeat the same with the other edge. Once they can move properly, slide the ears carefully in the headband up and down to adjust it to the desired position. "DO NOT" pull the ears to move them, because you can damage the wire.

Note: Sometimes the wire stock and is a little hard to move them because the thickness of the headband is not perfect all around, but doing what I told you can move it.

PLEASE, understand that each product won't be exactly the same. Remember that this is HANDMADE and therefore it will have some difference, but I will try as much as possible to make it look like the photo, so keep this in mind before ordering. All products are handmade, and it may be impossible to do exactly to the photo shows. The same goes for the sizes, that's why they are marked approximately. I try as much as I can to make it resemble on sizes and looks at is described. I ask you to take this into consideration before buying from my shop.
