Payment
Please pay for your chosen item as quickly as possible as I only post items upon receipt of cleared payment.
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to be validated.
Shipping
I try to keep postage costs as low as possible. I use Royal Mail as I am based in the UK. I aim to post within one day of receipt of payment. I keep all proofs of postage, unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility of items lost in the post - this has not happened so far but as we all know, these things happen. Once I have mailed your item(s) I cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping time as this is out of my control.
All original paintings are sent with tracking and will require a signature upon delivery.
Please not that you are responsibly for any tax, customs or import duties.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction don’t panic, just contact me ASAP to correct the address. If I have already shipped your package you will be responsible for contacting the postage company and if the package gets sent back to me you will need to pay for return shipping.
I do provide international shipping services. Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
When purchasing an original painting, you will need to look after it to ensure that you can enjoy it for as long as possible. So please keep them out of direct sunlight as this will cause fading over time. This is due to the nature of watercolour and inks.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do my best to make each package as presentable as possible as I enjoy the process but if your order is a gift, just let me know and I will make an extra effort!
