Welcome to the Grafolita small universe where paper, ink and color rule. A universe where big and medium size notebooks, narrow and wide, tall and short are handmade. All rising from the sheer taste for hands-on printing and type, traditional binding, and the simple pleasure of using handsome and functional handmade objects.

Payment

All payments are made via PAYPAL. If you dont have a paypal account no worries, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout process and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

Payment must be made within 24h of purchase, otherwise the purchase will be cancel.

Once payment is made in full and has cleared, the notebook will be made and shipped.

You may be subject to import taxes or other fees prior to receiving your merchandise. These fees vary per country and are not included in the shipping charges listed. We're not responsible for these fees.

Shipping

All notebooks are handmade, but Accordion notebook is only made on an order-by-order basis, so take this in consideration when you order. This means that the notebook will be put in the post within 5 or 10 business days after the payment confirmation.

The Pocket Notebooks and A5 Notebooks will be shipped within 2 business days after payment received.

All shipped packages are carefully wrapped in a bubble mailer to prevent any damage to the items.

We're not responsible for damages during transportation, in or out of Portugal.

The standard mail service does not provide a track number. If you prefer having a track number, please select the Upgrade Shipping.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your notebook is on its way.

The estimated delivery times provided by the post office for Standard Mail service:
Portugal - 3 business days
European Union - 7 business days
Everywhere - 10 to 30 business days

Overseas deliveries may take much longer.

Any delays regarding these delivery estimates are not the responsibility of Grafolita®.

Because the notebooks are handmade, they may vary sightly on size or show little signs of normal handmade process.

Colors on product photos may vary slightly due to monitor colors.
