Shoes are very well done. However, took a very long time to arrive once marked 'shipped,' and shop didn't respond to query. Also had to pay some of the shipping cost on delivery since they were shipped as 'media.'

I was very unimpressed with the merchandise I received. It seemed like I was the last customer that needed an order filled out before the shop was closed up, so they did my order as fast as they could just to get it out of the way. The shoe looked nothing like it did in the picture, except for that it was the same print. I ended up having to open up a case in order to get my money back, and even then she was unwilling to give me a refund until I pointed how many flaws there were in the craftsmanship that couldn't just be used as a reason to say, 'the shoes aren't going to look the same as the picture'. I'm still waiting for her to get back to me so I can receive the remainder of my refund before I send the shoes back, but she is also very bad at getting back to people in a timely matter. I do not recommend buying from this store

First off I ordered these shoes Sept 22 and they just arrived today Nov 10. For a gift the shoes are pretty cool but with poor communication I wouldn't buy them again.

Unfortunately there was a shipping glitch, and the shoes never arrived. I purchased these as a gift. I waited about 6 weeks from the time of purchase, and then I had to be refunded.

These made to order shoes are most unique and comfortable and exquisitely custom made to order. I am delighted with this purchase which was promptly sent and highly recommend this seller without reservations if you want a truly comfortable, fashionable, chic and "one of a kind pair" of shoes!
