I would have loved to get this item, but after waiting for a couple of months I had to get a refund because the owner had some personal issues and couldn't complete my order. Understandable, just wish she would have contacted me about it and let me know sooner.

NEVER RECEIVED HEADBAND! Ordered two months ago, all correspondence on my end was asking for tracking info, she either didn't answer at all or answered after a week or two.. Never shipped.. She finally said "oops I marked it sent" and offered to ship it or give a refund, I feel this is very unprofessional and told her so, recommending still shipping it and refunding me half for the inconvience.. Her response was since she said she's sorry and it was an honest mistake she would just refund me and that I had a rude response.. She deserved a rude response.. The first three times I contacted her and she forgot would have been an honest mistake or two.. This is ridiculous!
