Wow, I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Jannifer was. She answered all my messages as quickly as possible, and did whatever she could to send my scrapbook in time for my anniversary (I received it almost a week before expected!). I gave her a bunch of random and not-so-clear notes sort of explaining what I wanted the theme of the scrapbook to be, and I was so pleasantly surprised with the final product when I received it in the mailbox. It was more beautiful than I ever expected and exactly what I had had in mind. Thank you so much!! (:
