All items are produced in a pet and smoke-free environment. All items are hand made and brand new.I use only the best yarns and materials to produce my items and never sell anything i would not be happy to purchase myself.

Payment

I accept Paypal. No cheques or money orders, sorry. If you have a valid credit or debit card, you can use Paypal to pay even if you do not have a Paypal account.

You must pay for your order within 3 days of ordering. If payment is not received by 5 days, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted :)

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 48 hours of your payment having been received. Packages are shipped within the UK by 1st class mail and overseas packages sent airmail but not insured. If you should like your purchases insured please contact me for a price quote.

I leave feedback for all transactions, unless you ask me not to do so. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me PRIOR to leaving feedback so that I can try to remedy the problem so that we can both be happy with the transaction and all feedback will be good.
