Ordered it almost a month ago. Received a message on how I was able to view and order it. Asked for a refund never got it.

Hello there, Christopher. Thanks to fhe pandemic I'm not able to ship to the US right now. That's why placing orders shipping to the US should be deactivated but etsy somehow made it possible anyway. Your refund is already filed by now. I hope, the world wide situation will get better soon so this kind of situation won't be necessary in the future. Cheers Flo

The acrylics is perfectly cut, but I had a few blemishes that I still haven't figured out how to remove. But they're merely of a cosmetic nature and won't interfere with the functionality.
