I'm Frances and crazy about painting glass! My love for arts and crafts was inspired by my mom. She was always teaching us to make all kinds of things from crates, doilies, pipe cleaners or anything else we could find. There was no craft we wouldn't try.

Many years ago, my sister-in-law was getting married and wanted something special for her wedding day. I saw some painted glasses and it was my eureka moment. Many classes later I felt ready to undertake the mammoth task of painting 150 wine glasses as wedding favors. The sense of achievement I felt from producing something special on this once in a lifetime event just got me totally hooked. To top it all, I got so many wonderful compliments which I just did not expect and this was the icing on the cake AND the cherry on top.

I also paint mirrors, salt and pepper shakers, butter dishes, Martini glasses, Margarita glasses, vases, any kind of glassware, coffee and tea pots and anything else I can get my hands on. I find painting soothing and relaxing. There is nothing more rewarding for me then to put a smile on my customers' faces. I paint at home from my studio in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Washington, Virginia.

I use non-toxic paints which are then baked. This makes it very durable, but if you want your glasses to last a lifetime, then I suggest you only wash them by hand. Some champagne flutes and wine glasses are not only hand painted, but Swarovski pearls and crystals have been added one at a time by hand.

Every item is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in its own box, before being placed in a shipping box. Your hand painted wine glasses, or champagne glasses, or gifts can be removed from the shipping box, add some wrapping paper and bow and they are ready for giving. No gift box needed.

I also welcome wholesale inquiries so please do ask me about large quantities. I personally hand-paint each and every item which means no two are ever exactly identical. Anything can be custom painted on request and I relish custom orders. I love working with customers to achieve the perfect results for their special day, match your theme, colors or style.
