1 out of 5 starsContacted the shop owner about my issues. 3 out of the four flip flops I ordered arrived without the bottle cap attached. I understand things happen, but 3 out of the 4 flip flops broken is unacceptable. The package arrived with no tears or scuffs so I assume no damage from the post office. The customer service was just as disgraceful as the product. Two days before I need them for a birthday party and shop owner suggested I super glue them. Wasn't aware I was buying a craft for $42. Shop owner never suggested a partial refund or any sincerity. Very disappointed, it's unfortunate the shop owner isn't concerned with the happiness of the customers.

I have never had issues with any other orders, (and I have sold MANY). I think it was a case of buyers remorse. I offered to repair the shoes for her, and she refused to send them back to me. I only suggested she fix them herself because she said needed them the next day. I am always very willing to go above and beyond for all of my customers, I have excellent feedback that shows this. She was very rude to me and expected me to OVERNIGHT her two new pair of Custom made flip flops. I will be refunding her order once I receive the flip flops back.
