Almost all items are personalized! You do not have to request a custom order to have your item personalized! In the item description you will see a list of the information I will need you to leave for me in the "Note to HappyMomsCrafts" box when checking out.

Yes, for an additional $20 fee. Please contact me prior to placing an order to insure I can meet your deadline. If I am able to accommodate your timeframe, I will send you a "rush add on" listing for you to purchase. This will need to be purchased in addition to the item you are purchasing.

Absolutely! I am more than happy to create a customized gift note from you to the recipient. Please leave your note at checkout in the "note to seller" section so that I can include it in the shipping package. I DO NOT include invoices in the package since you are provided one by email.

All artwork is wrapped in Kraft Paper with silver ribbon. So, feel free to have me mail your order directly to the recipient!

If your item arrived damage, I am terribly sorry!
Please notify me within 3 days of receipt with photographs of both the damaged item as well as the packaging it was shipped in. Be sure to keep all packing materials as they may be required to process your claim. Rest assured, I will work with you and the insurance company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you receive your item and it is incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. If your piece is made incorrectly due to my error, I am more than happy to fix it and make things right. However, if the error is due to incorrect information you provided me, I will do my best to expedite production time if you choose to purchase a replacement.

Orders are shipped to the address that is entered by the buyer upon checkout. So, please double check for accuracy prior to submitting your order! If your package is returned to me marked "not called for" (not picked up at post office) OR wrong address, I am happy to resend your package, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the package to you a second time. I regret I can not offer refunds for international buyers who refuse packages due to customs fees or any other reason.

Production time generally runs close to 3 weeks. Shipping only takes a few days within the US. I understand timing can be important with gift-giving, so we do usually offer a rush option which puts your order up towards the top of the queue and gets it out faster when needed.

International shipping is hard to predict, but generally takes 2-3 weeks, though sometimes it has taken up to 6 weeks. Please note your item may get held up in customs and extra fees may be required to obtain it. This is out of our control and HappyMomsCrafts is not associated with these fees. I am unable to predict if, when, or where this will occur.
