I received an e-mail from the company on December 31st saying my order had been shipped and because it was shipping from England to the U.S. it would arrive in 14-20 days. By January 23rd I had not received the product. I e-mailed the company on Jan 23 asking for the status of my shipment. I received an e-mail back from the company that said they were on vacation until January 12 and would get back to me after that. What? I re-emailed the company on January 26th to again ask the status of my order. I received the same auto reply as the first. It is now January 27 and no product or response from the company. I am concerned that they have taken my money and run with it.

1 out of 5 starsOur original order never came , supposedly had duplicate sent and never showed up. Almost a month of trying to communicate with vendor just to reach out to admins for assistance. I was very excited for this order too.

1 out of 5 starsI understand shipping is delayed because it is internationally shipped but nothing on it was personalized and the received their money Dec 14. By their shipping standards, even giving them 21 days, they are still a week an a half late.

1 out of 5 starsThe ball of this piece of jewellery keeps falling out...I have e mailed harmonyballs several times to ask for their address so I can send it back and get a refund but I keep getting an out of date xmas holiday reply that says they will deal with it after 12th Jan....still have no reply as of today so I am not too happy
