I have just relocated to Dorset and I am trying to make this a full time project. I have a level 2 hygiene certificate in catering and my premises have been approved by environmental health.
Shop policies
All sweets are handled using gloves. I hold a level 2 certificate in health and hygiene and my premises have been inspected by the local authority.
The sweets are of the highest quality and purchased from a reputable wholesaler.
All bags etc come with the ingredients labelled and best before dates to comply with fsa regulations
All items can be custom made so please do not hesitate to contact me, via email or etsy conversation.
