Additional policies and FAQs
Please keep in mind my food items are made fresh only AFTER you order. I can get most orders out in a day. Larger orders may take longer. Please also keep in mind that shipping time may vary. I do not like delays so I do my best.
ALLERGY NOTES - You must contact me immediately concerning any food allergies. I make every effort to keep products away from allergy sensitive foods (nuts, etc). If you have an allergy, please let me know right away and I will NOT use any of those products around yours. All of my pastry orders are handmade, I suggest you consume your goodies within a couple of days of receiving your order. Ragù sauce and the others jams have different and longer consume times. You can keep the jams for over a year and the ragù at least for six months.
POSTAGE - Jars are packed in sturdy boxes with cardboard separators to avoid breakages.
