You will be responsible for any customs, your country may charge.
Overseas items are priced to be mailed USPS.
Custom and personalized orders
I love to do specialty work, I do my best to communicate through the process of special orders, as well as sending a completed photo. Special orders will require a deposit. Please understand once work has begun, your deposit is non-refundable.
Insurance
Insurance is the buyer's choice and responsibility, If you would like insurance on your purchase, please let me know it will be an extra charge.
If your purchase is to be shipped internationally, please be aware I can only track your shipment within the US. Once it leaves the United States it is no longer traceable by me. If you have chosen to add the additional insurance, a claim can be filed, if, on the off chance, your package is lost or damaged. Most of the time the process goes off without a hitch :) USA shipments are automatically insured by USPS for 100.00.
Returns and Exchanges
Your complete delight is my goal, satisfaction is guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase, and notify me within 7 days in the US.
For the EU it is 14 days.
