Frequently asked questions
What happens if I had the item shipped to a wrong address?
Items will be shipped to address given in Etsy. If a package is returned to our studio, we will contact the buyer. We will reship to updated address once buyer pays for new shipping costs. If buyer does not want to pay to reship, they will be reimbursed for the cost of their items only, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, Please note that we are unable to accept a return for any custom orders, fabric that has been cut into, washed or scented. If fabric arrives damaged, please let us know right away and we'll work with you to make things right.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I order the size of fabric I want?
Choose your fabric size in the drop-down menu when adding to your cart.
Fat Quarters measure 18" x 20"
Half-Yards measure 18" x 42"
Multiple quantities will be cut as one continuous piece. For example, if you would like a full yard cut, you would select the half-yard option with a quantity of 2. A yard and a half would be a quantity of 3, and so on.
If you order multiple fat quarters, they will come as individual fat quarters, not a continuous piece.
