The jacket itself is amazing - good value for money and it arrived promptly once I'd paid the additional postage request by the seller. However, I would not recommend the seller - her communication was oddly tetchy in response to perfectly reasonable questions. She never sent a tracking number even though I emailed a few times to follow up. In fact, she still hasn't replied. In some ways worth it to get the jacket but it's not the level of customer service I've experienced thus far from other sellers - I think that's really important for etsy
