All orders ship through USPS First Class, within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. The shipping rates include packaging materials required to ensure that your items arrive intact. My rates are reduced to below my total cost. I ship to the U.S. and to many locations around the world. I insure all orders over $50.00 at my own expense.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships so you'll know as soon as your purchase is on its way. USPS First Class generally takes about a week on the outside to the States and closer to 10 days internationally. Please allow at least a week from the day you receive your shipping confirmation before you start to get nervous. I know it's hard to wait!

Delivery confirmation is not available to all countries without an upgrade to insured and registered shipping. I'd be more than happy to set this up for you if you'd prefer. Send me a message through Etsy before completing your purchase so I can adjust the shipping rate. For international customers, delays in customs offices are common and unpredictable. Intealectual Destash is not responsible for delays due to time the package takes to clear customs.

This is my destash shop for my jewelry business, Intealect. I'm not buying stuff with the intent to sell it here. The items here were all purchased with the idea that I'd make them into fabulous jewelry. I buy in bulk to keep my costs low and I sell the extras to make room for new ideas. My ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. I take great care that what I ship out is packed carefully and securely, but accidents happen. If there is a problem with an item you receive, then please contact me right away through Etsy. Let me know what's wrong and I will work to make it right. Photos are helpful. Take a quick pic and send it to me with your message through Etsy.

If we agree that a return and refund are in order, I will process the refund, minus shipping charges, as soon as the item is returned. The piece must be returned in its original packaging, including bubble wrap.

I sometimes have more of some of the items I list. I keep the number of items per listing low so you can purchase enough to make a pair of earrings or a necklace, not create enough for the cast of "Bridgerton ." ;-). If I have more I'd be happy to create a custom listing for you. Just send me a message through Etsy.

Measurements are done by me with my basic, no-fuss calipers and are my best determination with the tools I have. They may vary from measurements made by more precise tools. They are not certified by a gemologist.
