Here are the typical turn-around times for proofs (digital proofs for your approval, *no physical products). Times are subject to change depending on current workload & the amount of customization involved.

After we receive your final proof approval, we will send your order to production! You can expect beautiful professional printing & quality paper.

GUESTBOOKS:
• Production = 5 business Days
• Standard Shipping = typically around 3 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to Priority, or Overnight Shipping

INVITATIONS + STATIONERY:
• Production = 3 business days
• Standard Shipping = typically 2-3 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to Priority 1-Day Shipping.

I usually respond to messages within 24-48 hours (business days).

PRINTING OPTIONS:
1) Save your final files on a USB drive & bring it to a local print shop
2) Use an online printing service (example: Vistaprint.com)
3) DIY printing at home

* Often times, a local print shop will allow you to do a few test prints before printing the entire batch

PAPER SUGGESTIONS:
- White heavy card stock is recommend for all designs (for the truest colors)
- For designs with photos, white smooth card stock is recommended

You can request a cancellation within 24hrs of purchase only. After this, there is a cancellation fee of 15% for stamps.

We begin processing your order as soon as possible. Much time is spent on creating your custom proofs and maintaining communication. Therefore, we offer this cancellation policy to accommodate our customers and also our loss of time.

STAMPS:
Stamps include 1 complimentary proof! If you find an error on your stamp proof, just let me know & I'll update it for you :)

If you find a typo after you approved the proof and it has been sent to production, it's out of my control. I do not accept returns (due to customization), yet you have the option to place another stamp order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
Most listings come with at least 1 complimentary proof! If you find a typo after approving the design, it is still possible to update it :)

PAPER PRODUCTS (*physical products):
If you find a typo after you approved your proof & it has been sent to production, it's out of my control. I do not accept returns (due to customization), yet you have the option to place another order.

STAMPS:

INVITES (*most Save the Dates, Elopements, etc.):
• 2 complimentary proofs

*Additional proofs will require a proof add-on

SHIPPING US / INTERNATIONAL

Printed Orders:
• US domestic Shipping is free
• International Shipping (outside the continental US) will require an add-on to cover shipping fees


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
• If an incorrect shipping address is given, the customer is responsible for covering any re-make / new shipping charges necessary to resend the order.

If there are extenuating circumstances (and within 24 hrs), a cancellation fee of $10 will be applied due to processing / loss of time.

No refunds are given once a proof has been sent to you / or for instant downloads.

Fonts have been carefully selected for each listing & cannot be changed.

Other customizations have small add-ons due to the extra design work & time involved.
