Announcement    We have grown enough to be busy all year round. We are no longer taking special event requests for delivery less than 2 weeks out. Please order well in advance of your gift giving date. Christmas orders should be placed prior to November 20th.

We provide a mock up for your approval the day after your order is placed. During very busy seasons (Father's Day and Christmas) it may be delayed to within a week of placing your order. Please check your email frequently during that time period, as well as your spam folder.

Order early for holidays, such as Father's day and Christmas. We get absolutely swamped, and you'll get much better customer service in May and September than in June and December, when the majority of our time needs to be devoted to making and shipping signs, rather than helping direct people to items that are easily searchable.

Signs are custom made from redwood or cedar wood. Our creative process takes at the least 3 days, and depending if there are color graphics can take up to 5 days just to produce your item. The process involves several drying processes and we take great care to produce a delightful hand crafted sign that will endure for many many seasons. We personalize them to your specifications. Our selection includes temporary grave markers, beach, lake, rv and camping items. Cabins, cottages and getaways make lovely backdrops for our redwood and cedar signs. Please put instructions for lettering and graphics in the "comments to the seller" section of the purchase. Our wood carving can accommodate almost any Windows font. However we are limited as to size. 11.25" is the largest in one dimension that we can provide. We ship within 14-16 days of your order. All signs are coated with a UV protectant guaranteed to retain color for 5 years. We do not recommend coating our signs with polyurethane.

Because of problems with prior orders we will no longer be accepting requests to ship to any address other than the ship to address on the actual order. We also will cancel and refund any orders that our layout mock ups are not approved though email.

We expect our customers to read our emails and to be sensitive to our requests to keep emails to a minimum, thereby not asking duplicate questions for things already answered. PLEASE READ your mock up email in it's entirety. We will not respond to requests for information that has already been answered. Please please please check our DESCRIPTIONS (below the photo), the listings for PRICE and SHIPPING information (found on the shipping and policies tab below the photo) and realize that if we show blackened edges and lettering in every FINISHED photo on our website, your finished sign will have it also. We cannot show blackened edges and colored graphics on our mockup photos because we have not yet produced your sign.
