3 out of 5 starsThe frame is cute and well made. This frame was supposed to arrive to me before an upcoming event. I was planning to use this as part of my decoration. However, i didn't get it on time because the seller didnt ship it in time as promised. I would have been okay with the delay if she communicated to me. Not only did she not tell me, but she also didnt reply to my messages in a timely manner. I had to contact her couple times to get a respond. The positive thing is she did refund me the shipping. But overall, the seller's poor communication made my shopping experience not so enjoyable.

I do apologize for not getting in touch with you regarding shipping your package later than you expected. I was able to ship your package Tuesday, September 3rd. It was not my intention, the faux frosting was not dry and I did not want to take the chance and have the embellishments shift. I was able to 2-day priority ship your package to make up for the delay, so I hope this helps and you get your package in time.
