I do my best to accurately represent the colors but please remember that there are differences between monitors and some colors and fiber are just harder to photograph.
Every item listed in my shop is a finished product and is ready for shipment in one to two business day.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day.
I only accept cancellations if I have not already gotten your order ready to ship. In order to ship quickly, I often do orders as soon as they come in. It is not at all uncommon for me to have an order ready to ship within an hour of the order being placed.
Message on Etsy with any questions. I try to answer quickly. Please do not send private emails. I keep all conversations on Etsy.
When you place an order, make sure the "ship to" address is correct. I will not resend or refund when you gave me an incorrect address.
Please note that I do not have any control over international shipping costs or the length of time it takes for international packages to arrive at their destination. I ship orders out very quickly, but depending on the US postal service and the postal service in your country, it may take longer than you'd prefer for your package to arrive. Also, when you are international, please know that I will not call your post office to inquire on the status of your package.
If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you do not have it, you will need to go to your post office and give them the tracking number. It is their responsibility to help locate the package. I cannot resend the order or issue a refund when it says delivered.
