Also, USPS is closed Sunday and our local PO is only open 2 hours on Saturday, so we do 99% of our shipping Monday - Friday. Per our polices, we do not allow ANY order cancellation requests for any reason! We work 12-15 hours cutting/packaging/ship labeling fabric at all hours of the day/night. Once the fabric is cut from the bolt we cannot uncut it! Additionally, we have to pay a fee when the fabric re-lists and to do so without an actual sale really hurts us small businesses! Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!

When ordering multiple quantities of the same fabric, yardage is always continuous unless listed as a pre-cut remnant or fat quarter! If for some reason the yardage has a rare manufacturer yardage break, we do not have the quantity we will contact you before we ship out!

Fabric is cut "straight" according to how the fabric is on the bolt, not the design or print on the fabric, which is standard practice in all quilt shops. In some cases, blocked patterns may not be cut exactly on the line or straight due to how the fabric is rolled on the bolts. Please take this into consideration when ordering as exchanges will not be provided for this reason. The only exception to this is panels, in which we cut single layer and in between the design!

We ship all our orders in protective plastic inside the packages to ensure the fabrics arrive safe & sound! Please do not ask us to ship without plastic protection, we will NOT do it. Packages arrive damaged due to USPS all the time and the plastic saves the fabric!

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY USPS/postal delays or mishaps including it being marked as delivered, arriving damaged or it not showing up. We are also not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect address and we ship out to it. We NEVER refund or re-ship for these reasons!

Once we drop your package off at the post office, everything is out of our hands and control. You can use the tracking number to track your order (all orders shipped by us come with tracking), and if there is an issue you will need to take the tracking # and contact your local post office on your end as this is the only way you will be able to get answers and find your package. My local post office can no longer do anything once it leaves their building.

USPS pricing that we have no control over. We update our shipping prices to reflect any and all changes in USPS pricing. We also are required to ship insured and tracked via Etsy's new updated policies, which increased the method used when say just buying 1 fat quarter, etc. We charge the current rate for first class by weight and then after your items are too heavy to ship first class, we ship Priority Mail based on USPS pricing as well. Please respect this as we have no control over it and do not ask us to lower shipping below our price chart.

Higher shipping than what you see in the price chart below is oftentimes due to the way Etsy forces us to list. However, we always combine shipping, and refund the overages when we ship out! Please do not ask for custom listings, we do not create them due to it costing us extra and then having people not buy them. We will refund the overages at the same time we ship your order!

Due to customer issues with "matching" fabrics, we do not offer to color match for you. We DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS or give refunds and due to colors/shades being a complete opinion of what matches/goes, we do not match colors/shades/fabrics.

We are happy to ship your order in multiple packages to lower the purchase amount of each package providing you pay the shipping for each package.

Can I cancel my order?

Per our polices in which Etsy backs us, we do not allow ANY order cancellation requests for ANY reason! We work 12-15 hours cutting/packaging/ship labeling fabric at all hours of the day/night. Once the fabric is cut from the bolt we cannot uncut it! Additionally, we have to pay a fee when the fabric re-lists and to do so without an actual sale really hurts us small businesses! Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!

We also do not allow returns or give refunds in which Etsy backs!

I am local, can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! Please just state in the notes to seller or message us that you are planning to pickup in person, otherwise it will get shipped as we do ship a lot of orders locally too so unless you communicate with us, we will ship out!

Also, if you say pick up in store, we will not automatically ship out without communication from you! Please allow the same SEASONAL HOLIDAY 1 - 6 business days for local pickup as well unless you state that you need it ASAP. We will message you when your order is ready to pickup!

How long does it take my order to ship?

What do I do if the color/design isn't what I was expecting?

Unfortunately when buying online the colors and design can appear differently on monitors/phones than in real life and that is not our fault. Colors can even appear differently on one screen than another screen or cell phone/tablet/etc. We take all our images from the manufacturer websites directly and state in our listings that colors vary in person vs on screen, so you are buying at your own risk. We do not accept returns under any circumstance!

USPS is taking a long time, my order is delayed after you shipped?

We are not affiliated nor do we work for USPS, who are in chaos and understaffed. Package delays are a worldwide issue and everyone is experiencing them! Once we drop your package off at the post office, everything is out of our hands and control. You can use the tracking number to track your order (all orders shipped by us come with tracking), and if there is an issue you will need to take the tracking # and contact your local post office on your end as this is the only way you will be able to get answers and find your package. My local post office can no longer do anything once it leaves their building. We are NOT responsible for USPS mishaps, delays and everything else they do wrong and we do not refund or re-ship for USPS issues.

I placed an order but need to add something else?

Unfortunately Etsy does not let us edit/change orders once placed nor do they give us any of your payment information, so we cannot "just charge you". You will need to place a second order for the new items and we will combine everything into one package and refund any shipping overages when we ship out per the shipping price chart in our policy section. Please state combine with other order in the notes to seller on the new order, if you do not there is a chance we can miss it and we are not liable for extra shipping charges!

If your first order qualified for free shipping, but your second order doesn't we will refund all shipping charges when we ship out and both will ship free!

Do you offer sales/coupons?

Yes! We have a rotating monthly special that changes each month and can always be found in the welcome message of our shop! Your Etsy cart will also always alert you of the requirements needed to meet the sale (if any that month).

We send out a loyalty coupon code after your first order than can be used on all future orders when you are not using another sale/discount as there is only one discount per order.

We have a few other special sales we offer that are floating around Etsy that might pop up for you here and there! :)
