This custom pouf that Jennifer made for me turned out great. She worked with me throughout the process to choose the best fabrics, choice of filling, and showed me photos along the way. She was very flexible about the order, and it made me feel assured that the final outcome would be really good. My only suggestion is that it was packaged more protectively in plastic or something inside the cardboard box that it shipped in, but definitely a 5-star purchase.
