Jenny Swartwood, artist and designer from Pittsburgh area, is the brains and hands behind SWARTWOOD STUDIO: handcrafted pom decor and and stationery to inspire your every day! Among Jenny's collections you'll find all the things that bring her joy, the things she loves most: nature, design, soft colors, and, spreading her love of quality handcrafts. SWARTWOOD STUDIO's soft sculpture mobiles and wall decor are all hand tied and cut by hand, and her entire line of decor products has a look and feel that comes from their high quality materials produced by Jenny. Calligraphy items are all painstakingly lettered by hand with the highest quality of inks to insure their longevity. As a company we are committed to staying green, some examples of this is our use of non-toxic water-based inks, recycled paper or fibers, and compostable or re-usable packaging wherever possible. Frequently asked questions
What happens if my item is STOLEN after it is delivered?
If there is proof of delivery (the USPS shows a successful delivery) I do not refund or replace items.
Will I get a refund if my package is "returned to sender"?
USPS works very hard to insure packages get delivered properly. In the event that you have entered an incorrect address on your package and USPS has marked the item "return to sender". I will refund he cost of the hats. Please note if the package has been opened or the product has been used no refund will be issued. Refund will be for the item(s) only, I do not refund the cost of shipping.
What happens if USPS delivers my package late?
I do not refund packages that are delivered after the USPS estimated dates. I unfortunately can not control the post office, I do always ship order out on time and sometimes early to insure packages are placed into USPS hands on time. Please reach out to me prior to placing an order if you have any questions around delivery timelines (please also include your shipping zip code as this is the only way I can see USPS estimates). When in doubt, place your orders early and select a service that has guaranteed delivery dates.
Help! I need my hat quickly!
Birthdays have a tendency to sneak up on us- it happens! My shop makes each hat made to order, meaning I need time to make your hat before I ship it out (yes every single hat and pom are made by my hands and then assembled by me). With that in mind if you have a very specific date in mind, ALWAYS include that in the message area of checkout. This allows me to prioritize my orders and check usps estimates against your needs. Please also select a shipping service that makes sense for your rush needs. If your birthday won’t be complete without the hat or item from my shop, please consider upgrading your shipping to priority express (this is the ONLY service USPS guarantees delivery times for).
