About Madeline
I started making jewelry when I was around 10 years old. It started as a hobby and when I turned 16 I started selling my creations at local craft shows and famers markets. By the time I was in college, I found it difficult to be at the shows I usually sold my creations at, and therefore, opened my first online shop with Etsy. Nowadays, I am a stay-at-home mom working remotely and spend my time creating the jewelry you see in between nap times!
I used all the beads I could find by taking apart old jewelry from thrift stores and antique malls and eventually became a registered buyer at America's Mart in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia.
Most of my jewelry combines beads of artisan lampwork glass and cut stones I have personally hand-selected from Koda Imports, a family-run Indian manufacturer with a permanent showroom at America's Mart. I still enjoy going to local bead/gem shows and thrift stores when I can, to find unique, one-of-a-kind items to make jewelry out of.
