All costs for shipping include packaging too - this includes a bubble-lined envelope, an organza gift bag and if necessary extra packaging.

The ESTIMATED delivery times from dispatch are:

• UK - First Class post 1 - 3 business days.
• US/Canada/Australia - standard airmail - 6 - 15 business days.
• Europe - 4 - 10 business days
• Rest of world - 6 - 16 business days

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.

I obtain a certificate of posting for all packages.

All international packages have a customs declaration. I cannot mark items as gifts - this is illegal.

You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc you may incur in your country.

Some of the beads I use come from nature. I do my best to select the most beautiful beads but please be aware that gemstones, shells, pearls, etc may come with minor inclusions, variations of colour or imperfections.That's what makes them so pretty and unique!

I generally use plated (gold, antique bronze or silver) accessories however convo me if you require your order in sterling silver findings, these pieces will be priced accordingly and individually.

***CARE INSTRUCTIONS***
It is important to remember that plated items worn constantly will wear to reveal copper. This can be delayed or prevented by remembering to remove jewellery prior to bathing, washing up, gardening etc. You should clean your jewellery regularly with a jewellery cloth or a damp cloth to prevent oxidisation and oily residue from skin. You can prevent or delay tarnishing of silver and copper by placing it in an airtight (zip-lock) bag.
