Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that transit times may be extended & delayed by USPS. Transit times are out of our control. International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If your item is lost in transit - please contact us for help with your order!

If you are not happy with your order FOR ANY REASON, please contact us via ETSY MESSAGE first, before leaving negative feedback. We will act appropriately and make sure you are 100% happy with your order!

Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale. We have a minimum of $200 for the initial order and a $100 restock minimum. Contact us via Etsy message.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on NON PERSONALIZED items only! You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is personalized, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on those items.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, we repair jewelry. If your item becomes defective during the first 30 days, we will repair the item at our costs. After that time, a small fee will be assessed based on the condition of the repair. Please contact us via Etsy message.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Transit times may vary but are typically 3-5 days for US shipments and 12-15 days for International shipments.
