So the sellers work is beautiful she’s great to communicate with and I just enjoyed the transaction beautiful items highly recommend these dangles.

MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES
📦Check with family/neighbors.
📦Wait 4 days. Sometimes packages are marked as 'Delivered' if your mail carrier cannot finish their route but packages often show up during this time.
📦If still missing:
- (Best) Call or go to your local post office and give them the tracking number. Ask for the GPS scan information which shows exactly where the package was delivered. The USPS should provide further assistance.
- (Slower) Go online to: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and begin with Step #1.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact me before your order ships if you notice your address is incorrect or needs changed. I cannot update addresses on my end so the order will have to be cancelled and re-purchased with the correct information.
If your order has already shipped you will need to contact the USPS to request a Package Intercept. This service is not guaranteed and the USPS will likely charge a fee.
If the address provided is incorrect I cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Send me a message with details for your custom order including measurements, inspiration, color schemes, ideal budget, etc. Please note that a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total item cost) will be collected before supplies are purchased or work can begin. Once the item is finished the remaining balance will be collected through a Custom Listing.
SIZE AND MEASUREMENTS
Every listing in my shop has a complete Item Description that is specific to the item for sale. Depending on how you are shopping on Etsy you may need to scroll down or tap to expand the Item Description box.
Photographs are provided to show the item from different angles and they show the item next to a ruler and/or in my hand for scale. If you need more pictures or information please reach out and I'll be happy to help.
Please note that handmade items may vary slightly from what is pictured.
NOTE: Many of the wire wrapped charms in my shop are smaller than 1" in length (including round jump ring at top).
If you can't find the size you'd like just let me know and I can make recommendations.
STONES
Most of the stones in my shop are natural and untreated but please read each Item Description for the exact details.
The begining of every Item Description lists the known status of each stone (natural, manmade, dyed, heat-treated, etc).
PACKAGING
To keep waste as minimal as possible most orders are packaged in a small organza bag with light padding.
Orders that are fragile, larger, or higher value (usually $50+) will be packaged in a small box made of recycled paper sealed with decorative washi tape.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
💍 Wear your jewelry often!
💍Use a soft brush with gentle soap and dry with a soft towel.
💍Do not use ultrasonic or chemical/dip cleaners as they may damage some minerals (like opals, pearls, etc) and remove the finish if it has been intentionally oxidized.
💍Avoid contact with chemicals and abrasives like lotions, perfumes, pool water, saltwater, etc.
💍When not being worn, clean your jewelry before storing separately in airtight bags in a cool, dark place. Anti-tarnish strips or chalk are useful to help keep silver from tarnishing while in storage.

METALS
Current metals I work with: Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Fill (yellow and rose), and Solid 14k Gold (yellow).
These metals DO NOT contain nickel or lead.
Note about Solid 14k Gold: I am in the process of adding this option to my shop listings however not all items have been updated yet. Feel free to reach out to arrange a Custom Order if you don't see this option in the listing.
RETURNS
If you'd like to return your item(s) please contact me first and let me know the reason.
Returns are only accepted if shipped back within 14 days of delivery according to the tracking number.
Unauthorized returns will be declined and returned back to sender.
