We would love to make for you any of our custom rings that you can see in our listings. Most of them are unisex. Our rings are made of damascus steel (damasteel), stainless steel, titanium, silver or gold. They can be complemented with different gemstones. Our jewelry can be used for many occasions such as weddings, engagements and as a gift. We use only hand forge technique and hand grinding and polishing. The main feature of our products is their specific irregularity and asymmetry, which gives the jewelry its unique charm. Please note that because our items are handmade, there could be some small difference in required sizes (width and thickness) - our margin for error is 0.2 mm.

It has properties similar to surgical steel or starsteel but it is enriched with unusual pattern which comes from etching. Damascus steel is durable, does not rust, does not cause allergies, and does not change color. In case of getting worn out, the structure can be restored again at any time. We offer lifetime service to all our damascus steel jewelry.
Rings made of stainless steel are also maintenance-free.

Payment
We ship the item after Etsy get the payment and everything is cleared. If payment is not received we have a right to cancel the transaction.
Any customs (duty)/taxes are customer´s responsibility. The buyer is responsible for any fees or customs duties that the country of destination charges. Sales taxes can be collected by Etsy (for customers located in particular states).
Some shipping companies (for example UPS) collects those fees on delivery for customers local duty/tax authorities. They charge some small brokerage fee.

For more valuable items we use services of UPS. We use UPS express saver. Every package is fully insured with tracking. Delivery to most countries takes approximately 2-10 business days (USA and Canada 3 business days, 2 business days in Europe, about 5 business days to Australia and 7 business days to New Zealand).
Cheaper and slower way of shipping is priority mail using services of Czech post. Packages using this way of shipping are not fully insured (insurance is up approx. 37 EUR) and sometimes the tracking is not working well. For some countries (mainly in Europe) we can use a valuable priority mail that is mostly fully insured. Please contact me for more informations.
If there is not exacly written in the listing that the item will be sent through UPS we will send it in regular priority mail. For some items you have an option to choose the UPS exress shipping during your order for a surcharge. If there is not this option and you are interested in UPS please contact me in advance.
Please make sure, that your delivery address is correct. In case of UPS shipping please write to your order also your phone contact. UPS will contact you in case that you are not avaiable for delivery. UPS makes three attempts to deliver the shipment. After that the package is sent back to us and UPS charges us a large fee. In case of sending a new shipment to you or in case of cancellation of this not-accepted order we will have to charge this fee to you.

Additional policies and FAQs
SALE
All orders are binding. By confirming the order the buyer confirms that he is familiar with our business, delivery and payment terms and accepts them.
After ordering via the Etsy web form you will receive a message confirming a receipt of order. If there are more informations needed from you we will contact you. After your item is finished we will send you an email and usually we send also some photos of the finished item and ask you for its approval. If you like it we will send it to you. If not, we will try to make some adjustment or make another item for you.
CANCELLING ORDER
We are entitled to refuse an order. This may be due to a significant increase in material prices, unavailability of goods and other unpredictable factors. If this happens we will immediately inform the buyer.
The buyer can cancel order in 12 hours after the order was placed. Order for ready-to-ship items can not be cancelled after the item is shipped.
RUSH ORDERS ARE WELCOME
Terms for creating jewels are written in listings. Sometimes we finish it sooner. We can not affect the delivery time much but creating the jewels is often possible in shorter time according to number of orders we have. If you write me the required term (for example date of wedding) I will let you know whether we can create and deliver the jewel for you in time. Extra fee for rush orders can be charged.
SERVICE
We offer lifelong services for free for most of our jewels (please look at listing for particular item or contact me for more informations). We can restore a damascus pattern, make a resizing if possible, eliminate scratches, restore engraving during resizing. Nevertheless for some types of rings some of these adjustments are impossible or more complicated (in this case we charge some small fee). If a ring can not be resized up by stretching and grinding of its inside is needed then there is a surcharge 10 EUR. Please contact me for more informations. Shipping costs are covered by customer.
WARRANTY
Our 24 months warranty (except setting gems and pearls into the jewelry where the warranty is 12 months) covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions.
If defects appears on the goods the buyer must claim the warranty without a delay. The warranty does not cover a wear out during normal use. Warranty claims are handled within 30 days from the date of claim (excluding shipping) unless the seller and buyer agree on a longer period.
Warranty period for setting stones into our jewelry is 1 year. We pay a lot of attention to be sure that every stone holds tight on the jewel. Warranty does not cover loss of stone. In case of loss of the stone the customer has to buy a new one.
ENGRAVING SERVICES
Our rings and some of other jewels can be personalized by engraving. Rings can be engraved on the inside and some type of them also on the outside.
We offer an engraving made by computer, engraving using templates, mintage or an engraving made by hand. We can engrave also pictures or fingerprints. If you want the engraving on the inside of damascus rings I recommend depth of etching on inner side of the ring max. 50% otherwise the engraving would not be visible.
SIZING
Our rings (except ready to ship items) are custom made exactly to your requirements.
I am sorry to say that there is not any uniform methodology for ring sizes conversion and accoording to our experience different jewellers measure ring sizes differently. We work with an inner diameter or circumference in our production. We can also make the rings in US or UK sizes - in this case we use this conversion chart with sizes that corresponds to our measuring tools :

Because the rings are handmade there can be some irregularity that highlights the overall design of our rings.
If you are not sure about the size of your future ring we strongly recommend not using the measure of string, paper strips and so on. These methods are very inaccurate. The best variant is to visit a jeweller's shop and ask the specialist to measure your finger. It is important that the gauge, you use, has approximately the same width as your future ring. The thin ring sits and behaves completely differently than wide ring. In hot weather your fingers can be a little swollen so different values can be measured in hot and cold weather.
We can make rings with standard flat inner side or with a comfort fit (rounded inner side). Comfort fit is recommended for wide rings. Rings with a comfor fit can be usually a little smaller then standard rings Please tell us if your ring size is determined by jeweler as a "comfort-fit" size.
If you order a wide ring with a standart (flat) inner side, then your ring size should be measured for wide rings.
If you have a ring that fits you well, but you don´t know its size, some jeweler or specialist can measure it with a tool called ring mandrel (measuring cone). Most jewelers use the leading edge of the ring (bottom edge of the ring when it is placed on a jewellers measuring cone) to determine the size, others use the middle of the ring. Please write us, what way your ring was measured.
We measure the ring size of the ring with a standard flat inner side on the leading edge. Wider rings with a standard profile or rings with a comfort fit are measured more in a center of the ring.
You can also send us sample ring that fit you well and it will serve as a template.
If we make an error and send you the wrong size, we'll promptly create a new ring in the correct size and cover any postage both ways.

INCORRECT RING SIZE
if your new ring arrives and seems to be large or small, we suggest wearing it for some time. Different activities and temperatures throughout the day cause that our hands and fingers can be swollen sometimes, so it's normal to have a ring feel tight sometimes and loose other times.
(1) If you ordered your ring TOO SMALL, we can resize the original ring up to 1-2 Czech size (1/4 - 1/2 US size, 1/2 - 1 UK size) by stretching the ring or by grinding the inside. Customers have to pay only a price of shipping. Enlargement is FREE. Customers from non EU countries have sometimes to pay customs fee.
Please note that some types of rings can not be stretched (for example golden line, rings with stones, ..) - these rings can be resized up only by grindind the inside.
(2) If you ordered your ring TOO BIG, we can resize the original ring down a little (approx. 1/4 US size, 1/2 UK size) by pressing the ring. Sizing down by pressing is difficult, some changes after pressing can stay visible on the ring.
Customers have to pay only a price of shipping. Enlargement is FREE. Customers from non EU countries have sometimes to pay customs fee.
Please note that some types of rings can not be pressed (for example golden line, rings with stones, ..).
If the ring can not be resized, sometimes we can exchange the ring for another one (in case that the ring has standard sizes - not too big, not too small, not too wide,....)
In case that the ring can not be resized and we can not exchange it, we can offer some discount to make a new one.

Please don't put rings with stones into hot watter (more than 75-80 degrees). The stone could be unstuck.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
