Custom orders are so welcome! For bigger and more expensive custom orders a non refundable deposit will be taken from the overall price, for materials. For instance, with a £60 custom pendant, £30 of that £60 payment will be kept if the order is cancelled or refunded. Orders that are lost in the post or broken in transit will receive a full refund or exchange.
