Kim was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - she contacted USPS and continuously shared updates, even offering to refund me since the package seemed to disappear off the face of the earth. I ended up receiving it and it is even more beautiful in person - and it smells amazing too. I cannot recommend this shop enough, not only for the beautiful items, but also for the kindness and top-notch customer service and professionalism. Kim, you are THE BEST! Burning Tips - Jar Candles and Teacups
1. Trim the Wick: Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch for an optimal burn.
2. Clean Wax: Make sure the wax surface is free of any foreign debris. If your candle doesn't have a lid, give it a gentle wipe before lighting.
3. Time Limit: Don't burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. It's best to enjoy it in moderation.
