Shipping

All sunglasses and frames are shipped in small, durable cardboard boxes. No case provided.

I send all my packages Certified Spanish Post. This is not the cheapest way to send packages, but it is certainly the most secure. This type of shipping comes with a tracking number which you can use to follow your package in the Spanish Correos web page www.correos.es, so please ask me if you would like the tracking number.

If the tracking number for your package registers that the package has been delivered, I cannot offer a refund.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes that are imposed by their governments.

If your glasses come back to me in the mail due to misdirection or other issues, you will have 30 days from the time the package is returned to me to get in touch so that we can find a solution. Any orders that have been returned by the post and have not been claimed after 30 days are considered closed and no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

If too much time has passed and you think your package has been lost in the mail, go to your nearest post office with the tracking number, because maybe is there or they can tell you if is stopped at customs, if they don´t know where it is, please contact me as soon as possible.

In case the package gets lost in the mail it wont be refunded.

if you want to return the item, you have 14 days after you receive it to get in touch with me to let me know.
The buyer is responsible of paying the return shipping.
When the package is received, the buyer will be notified and the refund will be done.

There is no refund if the item is returned broken or in poor conditions.
