There is no tracking with standard shipping, however the Royal Mail is very reliable. If you would like tracking and faster delivery please select priority shipping with your item. From the Royal Mail site ; "All our Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days."

Please note selecting priority shipping does not mean your order will be rushed, there is still the normal processing time. I will try my best to get it out as soon as possible, if you want to know specifically when I can get it out shoot me a message

International delivery can greatly vary.
Orders to the US take on average under 2 weeks but it is possible for it to take up to 21 working days (working days are Mon-Fri excluding holidays). During busy periods such as holiday seasons please expect delays.
If you want to order for a specific event I recommend ordering in advance as much as possible.
Most countries should take about 2 weeks or less for the package to get there but delays can happen, please allow 6 weeks maximum.

First of all I will check how long your orders been in transit. If it's been a normal time frame please don't worry!
It is extremely rare that packages go missing. But if it has been 6 weeks and you still haven't received, I will consider it lost. I am happy to refund or replace lost packages at no extra cost to you.

If you want to change the address before the order is dispatched that's no problem. Message me as soon as you can and I will take a note and send it to the correct address. However it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched and you have given me the wrong address I'm afraid there's nothing I can do. I write return addresses on everything, if it comes back to me I will let you know and resend your order. However they don't always come back and I can't help you in this situation unfortunately, so please double check you have gave me the correct details when ordering.
