Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. Paypal is the required form of payment (instant transfers only, no Echecks please).

If payment does not show up on our order pages within the 24 hours, you will need to contact us. Items not paid for within 24 hours will be relisted and the order will be cancelled.

Your item(s) will be shipped within two business days!

Please ensure that the shipping address you supply through Etsy matches the one you supply through PayPal. If the addresses do not match, Knots & Knives will be shipping to the address listed on your Etsy account, unless noted on your Etsy checkout.

The items are not insured-- insurance can be added for an additional amount at your request. Once the item leaves my hands at the post office, I am not liable for loss or theft.
