Shop policies
All of the work in my shop is handmade by myself. I source my materials from UK based stores and flea markets local to my home, and from UK shops online.
The items I make & sell are crafted with the utmost care and love, and are finished to the highest quality for you to enjoy.
Each item listed in my shop is individual; no exact reproductions can be made, due to the handmade nature of my work.
I am more than happy to do commissions; if you see something you love but would like certain changes made, or something completely new, don't hesitate to contact me! ^^

Shipping
If you have requested a custom made item or need any changes made to an item, this could take longer to ship, especially if I am making an item from scratch. I will be able to discuss any extra delivery time with you via message.
If you need something delivering for a specific time I shall be more than happy to arrange this for you, just send me a message before purchasing the item.
UK SHIPPING - I post all my items with Royal Mail Signed For® First Class within the UK.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - All items posted to the USA and Europe are sent with various reputable shipping companies (I aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, which often means using different companies). Please be aware that shipping internationally can take up to 4 weeks, longer if it gets held up in customs, unfortunately there is nothing I can do to quicken the process if this happens! Some countries do charge extra customs and/or import tax, please be aware of your countries policies and possible charges as I am not to be held responsible for any additional costs.
My shipping costs only cover the methods of postage explained above and include packaging material; I do not make any extra profit from this.

Information I Collect:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (e.g. for a custom artwork order), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure:
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention:

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU:
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
