All my items will be shipped from Belgium by a standard Belgium Mail service.
With this service delivery takes:
2 days to 5 days for Belgium
4 days to 10 days for Europe
10 days to 2 weeks for USA
2 weeks to 4 weeks for Australia and everywhere else

This type of mail doesn't provide tracking service.

If you prefer me to use any other mail service(faster or express mail,with delivery confirmation, tracking number etc) please contact me before placing your order. I will provide you with other solutions which are available.

All packages and envelopes with custom declaration will be marked "gift" with a respective description.

Almost every item in my shop is ready to ship, if it is not such information will be mentioned in its description.

Please note: If your place your order on Friday it won't be shipped to you until Monday.
In all other cases your order will be shipped either the next or in 1 day after your payment has been cleared.

‘PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That is the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos
I will be happy to accept custom orders, so please don't be shy if you want to make some changes, another color, another shape or just an item that doesn't exist in my shop but which you believe I can make for you. Ask for it and I will try to do my best to satisfy your taste and wish.
