All of my fabrics are vegan. I use Ultra Suede, which is a man-made fabric that looks and feels like leather, so that no animals are harmed in the creation of my bags and wallets. I also gather wood off the forest floor so that no trees are harmed in creating my buttons. I include a Free pen in the pen pocket of each purse and the pen is made mostly of bamboo.

Since I am the only person designing, creating, and shipping these items, I do get behind. Due to the different Holiday Seasons within the year, I receive more orders than usual and have to change my shipping dates from 2 to 3 days to 2 to 3 weeks at times. Please check your item in the section that lists shipping information. It will clarify the length of time needed for shipment. Thank you!

My inspiration comes from Nature and the Beauty that surrounds us! Birds are a wonderful part of my designs as well as the trees and other parts of Nature that surround my home.

Thank you for your interest in my designs!! Handmade in my cabin in the mountains of East Tennessee! My bags are inspired by the countryside around me. Quality eco-friendly fabrics such as, ultra-suede, linen, and canvas are used in my bags. I use a heavy duty thread on my bags to ensure they will last for many years to come. I create Wooden Buttons from fallen trees around my home to add a one of a kind rustic detail.
(No trees are harmed since the wood comes from fallen wood I find on the forest floor.)

Each creation is handmade by me, in my home with no helpers. I pride my business on fashion, quality, and durability. Each bag takes 5 to 6 hours to complete and every bag is made to order, so each is a SPECIAL CREATION just for YOU!

Creating my bags is a time consuming, but a rewarding process. I draw inspiration from fabrics and nature, then begin to draw out my design on paper. I create a pattern for the bag. After choosing the perfect colors and fabrics, I hand cut the bag, interface stiffener, strap, and appliques. The amount of interface stiffener that goes into my bags depends on the size and shape of the bag to give it structure so that it does not fold over. After the interface stiffener is applied, the intricate applique is hand cut and sewn by machine. Pockets and zippers are added where needed for function and ease of finding your items carried in your bag. Finally, the pieces of the bag start to come together, adjustable straps, buttons, key chains, and other embellishments are added. I go into the woods near my home to collect fallen limbs for the buttons. I slice the buttons, drill the holes, and apply a sealant to bring out the natural beauty of the grain in the wood.

My bags are all packaged and shipped with care. I stuff them with gift tissue to ensure they don't get flattened during shipping.

As you can see, several hours of craftsmanship goes into each bag. So please be patient and know that I am taking my time to give YOUR SPECIAL CREATION the time and attention to detail that IT deserves.
