My products are listed ready to ship and I usually ship by the next business day or the day after. Most of my listings state 1-7 business days to manage expectations so that postal delays don't cause any unnecessary problems. If you need something rushed, fee free to contact me and I'll do everything I can to get it out to you faster. Keep in mind that this is processing time, and there could still be possible delays once it is in transit with USPS. If you're ordering custom items or need custom alterations, I'll give you an estimated ship date when we settle on the details of your order.

Size variations are usually available in the drop-down menu of each listing. If you don't see a drop-down in a listing and need a different size, just send a message when you order and I'll size your item to fit.

My return policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible. Just contact me within the 1st 14 days after delivery, return the item in the condition in which you received it, and I'll refund you in full as soon as I get it back. *Item must be mailed within 30 days of receipt and tracking provided. If you have any breakage, malfunction, or your item is not as expected, please give me an opportunity to resolve the problem before you leave a review, and I'll do everything I can to ensure you get what you've paid for. I am happy to provide return shipping labels as long as you send a help request before posting feedback.

If you need repairs on one of my handmade items more than 30 days after your purchase, you may ship it to me at your expense, and I will repair it and ship it back to you at no additional cost. Please contact me directly through your transaction page, as soon as possible.
