I accept payment via PayPal for all transactions.

Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account- you can pay using your debit or credit card by clicking on the "be a PayPal guest" link and follow the instructions.

Please note that payment must be received in full before I can ship your order. I reserve the right to relist any orders which are unpaid 48 hours after the order is made. If you are having any problems please convo me and I shall try my very best to help.

I will always do everything I can to ensure your package arrives promptly and safely. I ship items standard delivery via Airmail for international orders and Royal Mail for UK orders.* Recorded delivery is available at an extra charge of $10. Please let me know before placing your order if you prefer this option.

Items are made to order and I aim to ship eye masks, boudoir bags and gift sets within 5 working days of full payment being received. I aim to ship orders for cards within 3 working days. Shipping estimates for multiple item orders will be that of the longer estimate. Items are shipped to the address on the invoice. These shipping estimates are subject to any shop announcements which will indicate any possible delay in shipping times.

Large orders, of 4 items or more, may take longer and I shall contact you if the estimated timescale to ship the items is extended.

If you need your items by an earlier date please let me know before placing your order and I shall do my very best to accommodate your needs.

Eye Masks, gift sets and boudoir bags are packaged in a handcrafted pillow box and are protected by a cellophane envelope.

Cards are packaged in a cellophane wrapping unless sent directly to the buyer's recipient.

*Please note that buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. While I will always do everything I can to ensure your order is sent in good condition and safely packaged, I do not accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or delayed during carriage. However, if you have any such problems, please let me know and I shall work to help resolve any mailing issues.

Please note that these materials are somewhat iridescent (which is one of the reasons they look so gorgeous!). I do my best to ensure descriptions and photos are accurate but colours may differ from those displayed on your computer screen.

All items are made to order so the item you receive will not be identical to that in the pictures. However, I do follow a consistent process of production and am very careful to ensure every product’s quality and appearance meets my high standards!

As each item is made to order, I am open to discussion if you would like any alterations e.g. smaller headband, no lavender or a different size of Boudoir Bag. Please message me if you are considering this.

Care Insrtructions: Hand wash items at 30 degrees and air dry. Iron on a cool setting.

Please be aware if you have any allergies. I use lavender in many items and so this is present in my workshop. It makes the place smell nice but I don't want to make you sneeze!
