Production
- For bridal cape/ veil, the leading time is 5- 14 days.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for production of your handmade gown. Production period may vary during the year and become shorter or longer, depending on high/low wedding season, current production load, etc.

Please submit payment within 24 hours of purchase or your sale will be cancelled
Shipping
We have VNPost, EMS and DHL shipping service. If you are in Vietnam, this means secure delivery within 2 weeks. If you are in Europe or Asia countries, the delivery time will be about 2-3 weeks. But don't wait till the last minute, we recommend ordering your wedding gown at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding date.
Lost Packages and Shipping Issues

Refunds and Exchanges
We accept to RETURN in case it's our FAULTY PRODUCTS or ORIGINAL PRODUCTS (no private requests). ALL OF CUSTOM MADE ORDERS SHALL BE UNACCEPTABLE TO RETURN
We're not responsible for size changes due to weight gain/ loss or any alterations made after you receive the garment. We always recommend choosing the larger size if a measurement falls between sizes.
In case you don't send your dress pics to check the suitable tulle color shall be responsible for your decision and we will not accept to return in this case.
For any damage/ problems with the item, plz notify us within 1 month from the time you receive the item for support. If it is >1 month or within 1 month but already passed your wedding date, we won't accept to return for any reasons
