Orders will generally be dispatched within 7 - 10 days (or 1 - 2 days for clearance items). Delivery times will vary from location to location, but typically takes 1 - 2 working days for addresses within the United Kingdom and 3 - 7 days from overseas customers.
Delivery will be via Royal Mail (in partnership with your domestic postal service for deliveries outside the UK). A signature may be required by your postal provider on receipt of your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please check that the address indicated on your Etsy order is correct.

"WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT TAXES?" In most cases, no. However, the rules regarding imports vary from place to place and may change over time, so please contact your relevant state department or talk to your postal provider if in any doubt. Customers are responsible for paying any such taxes that occur.

EXCHANGE RATES
"WHAT IF I PAY IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN STERLING?" It doesn't really affect your shopping experience in any way. Etsy will accept payment in your native currancy, making an automatic transfer based on the current exchange rates. In the case of returned items, your refund will be based on the amount paid (less a small charge for shipping - see 'Refund Policy' above). No adjustment will be made for changes in the prevailing exchange rate (which, in any case, are normally very small).

"ARE THERE ANY OTHER OFFERS AVAILABLE?" Occassionally, discounts or other promotions may be offered on new or existing items. Items listed under 'CLEARANCE ITEMS' are surplus stock offered at reduced prices. These items are new and undamaged (i.e. not returns). Your consumer rights for these items are the same as any other items.
