All bodysuits that we use are "Carters" or "Just One You" made by Carters.

The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on two things: our current processing listed here just under where it says "Laura Beth Creations"... https://www.etsy.com/shop/LauraBethCreations?ref=hdr_shop_menu and the shipping method you choose.
We try our best to make sure your order ships within the processing time but occasionally orders get backed up a little. Please check with us prior to purchase if you need your order by a certain date. We will do our best to accommodate you. We also have the option to add rush and priority to your order at checkout. Rush will move your order to only 1-2 business days processing and Priority will speed the shipping up by a day or 2. Again if you have questions just send us a message.

We can not be held responsible or replace any package lost in the mail. If a package is returned to us we will not re-ship the order until a re-shipping fee is paid. If you are concerned your order may get lost in the mail then you can purchase insurance for an additional cost. Contact us prior to placing your order so we can set up a listing for the insurance.

We ship through USPS. All orders come with tracking numbers. Some countries do not use the tracking numbers so do not be alarmed if International orders do not get updated. Sometimes the tracking numbers do not get scanned here in the US either...so do not be alarmed if it looks like your package is not moving. It likely just didn't get scanned. Shipping time is ESTIMATED and USPS does not guarantee delivery time on standard or priority shipping. We do not offer refunds for packages that did not make it in time for a certain date. Once a package leaves our hands into the postal system we can not be responsible for it.

~Vinyl Bodysuits can be machine washed on warm inside out. They can be dried on a normal heat setting.

~Tutus can be cleaned by hand...do not put in washing machine! :)

~Bloomers and Tutu Bloomers can be machine washed on a gentle cycle only in a garment bag. The chiffon ruffles on them will likely snag in a washing machine if not in a garment bag.

~Leg Warmers can be machine washed and laid flat to air dry. They can be machine dried but they may shrink some which might make the heat pressed vinyl pull a little. With the ribbons that are sewn to these it might be a good idea to put them in a garment bag also to wash.

~Paci Clips should be hand washed along with all headbands only if needed.

We consider ALL bodysuits to be a "Custom" order since they are made to order in the size, sleeve length, and design that you order at the time. We only accept exchanges on bodysuits if it is not customized with a name/year and it is in a size typically purchased for that design. For example we would accept an exchange on a 12m 1st birthday bodysuit but not a 6m or 24m 1st birthday bodysuit. We have all of the sizing for our bodysuits listed in each listing so you can make a careful choice on bodysuit size. We will accept an exchange on a tutu bloomer, headband, or sandals. All of our leg warmers are one size for all.
