Jewellery items are gift wrapped. Packagine where possible is recycleable so please do recycle! If the bubblewrap is green in colour you can compost it.

Orders will be dispatched between 1-3 business days.

UK- Orders are shipped 1st class signed for which normally takes 1-3 working days to arrive. It could possibly be delayed at busy periods with the postal service, which I cannot be held responsible for.

Other locations- Orders are shipped economy without tracking, please message me if you wish to purchase tracking before you check out. Orders normally take between 5-10 working days for Europe and everywhere else normally takes 7-10 working days to arrive but can sometimes take up to 30 if held up in customs or delayed by the postal service at busy times of the year. I cannot be held responsible for any days. If your order has not arrived after 30 days please get in touch.

If you have given the wrong address and the item has already been dispatched then I have no responsibility for the item, including providing refunds or replacements. Therefore please double check that your address is correct before checking out. Providing your order has not been dispatched please message me immediately when you notice the mistake as most orders are shipped out in the afternoon (often the same day), although I cannot guarantee that it won't have already been shipped as there's a small window of time before posting and marking as dispatched.
Basically, if you write the wrong address then I have no responsibility for your order, but it's important to message immediately if you notice the mistake.

My pieces are lasercut and then constructed by hand. The photo should be a good representation of the item you're buying but as it is handmade it's natural to have some slight variances in positioning. Also to bear in mind sometimes there might be a small amount of glue visible, but it'll always be clear and not noticeable unless scrutinized closesly.
With custom orders I'll always do my best to match as closely as I can to the digital mockup but please bear in mind the two points above.

Refunds are given providing the item is returned in the exact condition it was sent out within 14 days of receipt.
No refunds are given for custom orders unless the unlikely event of being damaged upon receipt by the postal service.

I use lead and Nickel Free metals so should be safe for those particular allergies, however I cannot 100% guarantee against this as I rely on the word of my chain suppliers.

I use plated metals which may tarnish over time if in prolonged contact with things like sun-cream, sweat, water etc. It's best to keep your chains clean and dry but if you'd like a replacement chain further down the line just get in touch with me and I can send a replacement for a small cost.

If you'd like a more precious metal alternative such as gold or sterling silver then get in touch for a quote before purchase.
