Hello, thank you for visiting Lemmon Studios!

We are a [very] small business based in the North East of Scotland. I (Louise) run the business from my little studio at home whilst looking after our two little Lemmons. In my previous life I was a Quantity Surveyor which developed my eye for precision and detail. In my heart though, I’ve always felt like a free spirited artist with a passion for beautiful and useful things!

One day, a long time ago, I decided that for a whole year I would hand make every present we gave to our friends and family. I was over the moon when I got amazing and encouraging feedback! Then, to my delight, the trickle of commissions turned into a flood! Thus Lemmon Studios was officially born in 2012!

It was when my children arrived that I left the world of power suits behind me. My bundles of joy became my inspiration to follow my passion. Above all, I wanted to create, to bring out all of the ideas I had running through my head on a daily basis and make them reality. I also wanted to be an inspiration to my children as they grow up. Showing them that if you have a real passion for something, no matter what it is, just go for it. I now have a purpose built studio in my garden, my dream job – and a house full of my awesome creations! (at least the ones I can't part with)

I pour love and attention into each and every piece of my eclectic range. If it’s bespoke prints, design work, quirky decorative items or ‘Scottish Pride’ that you are after then Lemmon Studios is for you!

My absolute favourite part of my job is working with my clients to bring their ideas to life. I really do believe that we all have creativity, some of us just need a little help with the 'creating' part of it. That's where I can help.
