Hello. My name is Corinne. Welcome to my crochet pattern shop at the top of Cape Cod in Massachusetts, U.S.A. It is an area known for great beaches, wonderful summers and beautiful foliage and the harvesting of cranberries in the fall.
For more than 50 years I have enjoyed the traditional handwork of crochet. Crochet is an art to me and an avenue of creating. I love the feeling of all the fibers and color palette choices.
Lisa Corinne Crochet Pattern Design evolved out of my love for my family and friends and designing and crocheting special items for them. My husband and I have been blessed with three children and my role as a mother stands out as the most important call on my life. We have also been blessed with 6 grandsons. My oldest daughter and mother of our grandsons, Lisa Corinne, has been a great source of inspiration and encouragement and whom my shop is named after.
Annie’s, a well known craft book publisher purchased two of my patterns for publication. I have also had the opportunity to teach crochet classes to people of all ages.
My crochet pattern designs are of a modern style. It is important to me to give time and attention to detail in designing and creating. I test many types of yarn, crochet hook sizes and stitches so to make the best choice combination for each pattern design. I so love this whole process.
I do enjoy working on my computer preparing each pattern in a portable document format (PDF). Each pattern has many helpful instructional pictures and stitch counts are given for most rows so you can check your crocheting as you go for a successful outcome.
At this stage of my life, I find myself in the role of mentor. It is not a role I have pursued but one that has formed from my faith and commitment to multigenerational relationships as Biblically instructed, Titus 2:3-5.
I am glad to answer any questions you may have about any of my patterns as well as general crochet questions. Thank you for visiting my shop.
