Information I Collect

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies and professional printers. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

How do I send you my photograph?
If you are purchasing an item that contains a photograph you may submit it to the designer via one of the following ways:
(1) Upload it to an Etsy Conversation and send it to the shop
(2) Email it to LollieJ.StationeryDesign@gmail.com

Can these invitations or cards be customized to my event?
Designs can be customized to various events, not only the ones shown in the example. You may submit the details to the designer via filling out the personalization box prior to adding the item to your cart.
However, items shower invitations cannot be converted to a Wedding Invitation or Save the Date. If you would like to purchase the design for a Wedding Invitation or Save the Date, I only sell these in printed formats. Please reach out to the shop for a quote on the conversion price.
Most designs cannot do a color change to the illustrations. You can reach out and inquire if your specific design can be changed. Also check out the rest of my shop for other colorways as often there are other options available.
What is the quality of the paper?
Check each listing for a description of the paper and other important information regarding the specific product.
Do I get to see a proof before the items are printed or finalized?
Absolutely! After purchase of all orders requiring personalization, an electronic proof is sent to the buyer via Etsy Conversation within 48 hours of ordering. For Digital Files where an "18 hour proof" is purchased, those items will be fulfilled in expedited timing. Please see listing photos for an image of the timeline.
Proofs will be sent by Etsy Conversation for proof approval. If a response is not received in a timely manner, this may necessitate delay of shipment. Please remember to check your Etsy Conversations in your Etsy account frequently if you have placed an order. It is also helpful to turn on mobile notifications for Etsy to be alerted as soon as a Conversation has been sent.
What if I have read the FAQs and still have questions?
Please ensure you have read the listing details for the item you are interested in. This may require you to click “read more” depending on how you are viewing the item. Reading this information will always provide the fastest answers. Orders placed assume you have read and agree to all listing details and shop policies.
Most items also include informational photos that answer many questions on the product and process. There are graphics for how to order, the timeline of each type of product, and more FAQ's to read. You may need to swipe or advance the photos to see the additional images.

What is the turnaround time?
For personalized items, proofs are sent within 48 hours after purchase (or expedited 18 hour proofs when purchased for digital items only). Approval time is in the hands of the customer. Digital files are finalized after written approval. Printed items take 2-3 business days to print after approval is received (Saturday and Sunday do not count). Standard (free) shipping is by USPS ground advantage. These transit times are not guaranteed but delivery is generally in 2-14 business days. Refunds are not available for late deliveries. Shipping can be upgraded during check out to 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight for the additional fees specified.

My event is a few days after the Etsy shipping estimate, will a printed item arrive in time?
Please note that because these designs are professionally printed, rush printing is not available (printing may take 2-3 business days). Free (standard) shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage mail with tracking number provided to the customer. This mail service is not guaranteed (may average 3-14 business days) and is out of the shop's control. Refunds are not available for packages that arrive late or miss events when free shipping was purchased (even when transit times take longer than the estimate provided through the Etsy website). Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee and may be selected during checkout. Expedited shipping is highly recommended when delivery dates are critical.
