Under-staffing alongside "cyber Monday" level volumes (and supply chain issues) are all contributing factors at this time. In part, because they're printing large volumes of neck/face scarves too. Custom and personalized orders
If you are purchasing a custom / personalized item, please let me know the details when you order (exact spelling of what should be hand stamped, etc). Thanks!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Handmade jewelry orders come packaged together in a cute gift box, with a ribbon and a "key". Multiple items packaged together, so if something is a gift and needs packaged separately - please specify.
Vintage items may be packaged using recycled materials after protecting in a new clear bag. I am always looking to reuse envelopes and boxes, where possible.
Handmade description
Handmade items are made by hand, so each is unique and has variations in design - such as alphabet / letter placement.
Care instructions
-As with any metal jewelry, oxidation may occur over time. I have worn pieces for a long time and they still look great, but I do not wear mine in the shower or to the gym to protect their finish.
-If you are allergic to certain metal finishes, you can seal them with clear nail polish to protect your skin. This works great on earring posts, for example.
Returns
-No returns accepted, however, if you have quality issues with any piece, I will help you repair it. Please contact me if you incur any quality issues!
*Exclusions= oxidation of base metals as that is typically a normal part of the aging and antiquing process.
