Lucy Celebrates is a full service design studio, specializing in branded packages that celebrate you. Whether you are inviting loved ones to a special event, announcing life’s big moments to your friends and family, or just reaching out to your neighbors to say hello, I believe in creating pieces that are as remarkable as you are.
Every project is unique and hand-crafted specifically for you so please contact me to discuss your specific needs.
Payment
Lucy Celebrates gladly accepts payment via Paypal, Etsy Direct Checkout & Etsy Gift Certificates.
Sales taxes are applied based on the ship to location. California residents pay 8.75% sales tax.

The purchase of these listings will serve as a non-refundable deposit towards the design fee your order and ensure you a place on our production calendar. You will receive an email with a proof of your design and quote for your order within 2 business days. A custom listing will be made for you and will be honored for 30 days. Your order will be printed upon receipt of your final payment.

Fonts, Color, Paper...Every item can be fully customized to your liking. No cookie cutter events here! We would like you to think of our designs as INSPIRATION to build upon and create the PERFECT design for you. Prices will vary depending on card stocks, accessories, and services you choose.
O U R • P A P E R
We strive to work with companies that support sustainable forestry and/or use alternative energy in production. Most of the papers in our collection have components of recycled products and are made without chlorine chemistry.
We are excited to offer stocks that are made with 100% post consumer fiber, and others that are 100% tree-free, made from either cotton or bamboo fibers. We are happy to substitute these fine papers into any of our designs, please ask!
Eco-White, made of 100% recycled content with 30% PCW, is the base for our personal note sets and return address labels.
P R O O F S
Your order includes an unlimited amount of digital proofs! All of our items are customized and made to order for you. We will provide you with a digital proof within two business days and we will not print and ship your items until after you have given us the green light, no matter how many proofs it takes!
If you would like to order a physical proof before full production begins, the cost will be equivalent to one invitation set + $2.00 shipping. Please add one week to the production timeline for physical proofs.

If you need something fast, please contact us to see if there is time in our production schedule and all materials are in stock. Rush orders are subject to a 25% - 50% service fee, determined by scope of project. Express Shipping is available upon request.
G I F T S
We can send your purchase directly to a gift recipient!
Simply enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. You may also include a personal message in “notes to seller” at time of checkout. Gift wrap is available upon request for $6 per gift.
Shipping
Lucy Celebrates has chosen the US Postal Service as the exclusive shipping provider. All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped in gorgeous deluxe gift boxes, tracking and insurance are included.
Once items have been accepted by the USPS for delivery, I am not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undelivered items.

All of our products are custom designed and hand assembled. Please allow two weeks for delivery after your final proof for most orders.
Allow an additional 10 business days for the delivery of call-me cards.
Turn-around time for wedding invitation suites generally run 3-4 weeks, however, this may vary depending on scope of project.
I N T E R N A T I O N A L
Attention International Customers! Additional tariffs and taxes are not implemented by our company, but by federal government policies that are beyond our control. Please expect additional monies to be collected at the time of delivery to pay for government taxes and tariffs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our products are custom designed and printed as soon as you proof your order, therefore all sales are final. Should an error be made by Lucy Celebrates or one of our vendors after your proof has been approved, the items will be re-printed and shipped at no cost to you. If an error has been made by the customer, we will, as a courtesy, reprint the items at a 30% discount off the current sale price.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from date of receipt.

We have made every effort to display our product colors accurately on our website. However, please note that the printed product may be slightly different due to color variations between monitors and printers.
Proofs are low-resolution files and not suitable for printing. Due to differences in monitor settings, the final formatted item colors may look slightly different than what you see on the low-resolution proof.
