Can you do custom orders?
We love building custom orders to meet our clients needs. We can either modify fixtures we already make or build one from scratch. Let us know what are you looking for.
Are your fixtures dimmable?
Yes, all of our light fixtures are dimmable but not all light bulbs are dimmable. It is all about the light bulbs you use. Please check with the light bulb manufacturer before buying the light bulbs.
I need my order faster, what do I do?
If you need your order ASAP, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to cover your needs and arrange a faster shipping service if needed (additional fees may apply).
What type of light bulbs the fixtures take?
All of our wall fixtures with a pint size mason jar take a candelabra base socket(E12), LED/CFL or incandescent light bulbs.
All of our chandeliers and pendants with a quart or half-gallon mason jar size take a standard base socket (A19/E26/E27), LED/CFL or incandescent light bulbs.
We recommend using no more than a 40 watt bulb per jar with an incandescent light bulb. You can use more than 40 watt per jar with an LED light bulb.
Can the fixtures be installed indoor and outdoor?
All light fixtures are built for indoor use but installation in well covered areas outdoors should be fine if not in direct contact with the elements.
What is the processing time for my order?
We like to take our time and effort for the right QUALITY in each handmade item we build. For this matter, please know that regardless of size, we process orders in the order they are received, turn around time is 3 to 14 days per order!
Care instructions
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect finish, avoid the use of chemicals or household cleaners.
What coating do you use on wood for the best quality and long lasting results?
Every piece is made with care as soon as we receive your order. We cut, sand, stain and cover the wood with polyurethane that creates a durable, scratch resistant, wipeable finish for a long lasting use. We do not WAX/BEESWAX the wood because it offers minimal wood protection, attracts dust, scratches and stains easily + it will wear off over time. Quality is our first priority.
Do the mirror sizes include frame or just the mirror?
All the mirror sizes at checkout include the frame and are the outside frame dimension. Please read the item description to see the actual mirror size only.
How many stain/metal colors you offer?
We offer 19 stain and 4 metal colors. Let us know if you can’t find the colors you are looking for.
